He is passionate about making sure every client understands all of the moving parts of the transaction. Farrell explained, “I got my start at a Big Bank call-center, and was exposed to a lot of customer feedback of no return calls, and feeling like a number. Every day I try to set myself apart by being accessible and thoroughly detailing the loan process. I am part of the process from start to finish to ensure delivery of what was outlined to the customer at the beginning.”

Joel Farrell closed over $120 million in business over the past two years at Fifth Third Bank. He was # 6 at Fifth Third Bank in 2012, and # 1 in the entire bank in 2013 before coming to Pulaski to focus on the expansion of their VA Lending Platform, and spearheading their new 100% VA Construction Loan Product. Over 80% of his business is military related, and a concentration of clientele in heavy military areas such as Virginia, DC, North Carolina, Colorado, and Washington.
