European Postal Systems Ltd are pleased to have a new and exciting franking machine to add to their already extensive range of postal equipment.
Designed for the higher user the new Mailmark franking machine will give customers an additional penny saving on top of the standard savings that are already made when using a franking machine. This new model is proving to be a great success with our customers who are already seeing their postal costs being reduced significantly.
Launched on the 31st March 2014 the new Mailmark machine has the added benefit of 2D bar coding giving the customer a more professional image to their mail. The new bar coding system allows the item to be scanned more accurately by the Royal Mails new scanning system. There is also a new tracking system available when using this model which allows the customer to keep track of what stage their mail has reached.
With the latest design in technology all Mailmark machines can connect via LAN, which therefore saves the customer from having to use their existing fax line or having to find an analogue line in their office somewhere, which sometimes can be difficult with digital systems being the normal format in most offices today.
